Bio: Born in the ice kingdom with her sister, her mother and father were both killed by fire wolves when he was little. His older sister led Victor out of the ice kingdom and to the nightosphere where they met a demon called Samara. The woman helped them settle in the city and they all quickly became friends with her. While his sister joined the nightospheres fighting league he found himself getting involved with multiple crime syndicates. After taking out many gangs over many months he found he was particularly good at hunting people and began a career as a bounty hunter.
